"Nonsense"
Whitecube Contemporary, a modern art gallery in Chicago, invites artists to submit original art based on the ideals of the Dada art movement.
What's this, you say? Dada art movement? It sounds like nonsense . Nonsense; it is.
We are challenging artists to submit works inspired by the Dada art movement!
Mock and antagonize the conventions of art itself.
Emphasize the illogical.
Counter the absurdity of the establishment's descent into chaos.
Create your own kind of nonsense.
Whether it's surreal collages, unconventional imagery, montage, or absurd art, we want to see your creations.
Selected works will be featured in our third Friday open exhibition in March, celebrating the spirit of rebellion and artistic freedom. Don't miss the chance to be part of this avant-garde showcase! Let's have some fun!!
